Woaahhhh...

It's been way too long since I posted last time. I sincerely apologize to the many new friends that I have acquired since starting this blog!

As you probably could have guessed, I have been incredibly busy. Yeah there's a lot of school work. Maybe I shouldn't have taken three A.P. courses this year. Besides all the school work, I've had to keep up with my various clubs, friends, and side projects that I've got going on.

I'm in our school's Model UN, Jazz Band, and other random stuff. I came back from a Model UN conference just a month ago and I had much fun. It was very good to get away for a few days and live with friends in a nice hotel room above the city skyline of Philadelphia. I had a charming time. The conference was awesome, too. I was in the SOCHUM committee discussing the problem of Human Capital Flight. To which I suggested a solution of legalizing prostitution in poor African countries.. This was not taken well by the more "sensitive" people of the committee. Anyways, I don't wanna give away everything in just a single blog. I'll continue to write throughout the week, so come back and check every now and then, will ya?

Thanks and have a great week!

Story Telling

Oh Lawdy, I just came back from one of the best nights of my life. Well... No, there wasn't any drinking, drugs, or sex involved. My night was spent just telling and listening to stories with just a few friends.

I never thought that just talking would be so fun. What really surprised me was this one friend's ability to tell stories. Although he is quite shy in school, he was incredibly funny tonight and one of the driving forces of the talk. He told these stories that usually would not have been funny being told from an average person and made them specially funny using a unique sense of sarcasm, facial features and physical gestures.

He told at least six enthralling stories about meeting Vietnam War Vets in front of 7-11, getting into an accident with an old grumpy cop, almost dying during a college visit and many more. He really dominated the conversation and I was left wishing that I had the ability to weave such captivating anecdotes.

I think I want to start "practicing" telling stories but I have no idea how. Maybe I should go outside and try to get into an accident with a cop?

Hi! Feels like I haven't posted in forever. I've been quite busy lately. So today I felt like being a douchebag. Now, there are many ways to be a d-bag, even on the interwebz. What I did today is, I photoshopped a provacative picture of myself to every photo of a friend on facebook. Then, I attached the photoshopped picture under every picture by using imgur. So glad I took computer graphics in school. It's a skill that's really useful in creating a bit of lulz.

If you don't know how to shoop, or if you don't even know what photoshop is. Take a look at this site: http://www.good-tutorials.com/ This is where I learned most of my photoshop skills.

Photoshopping can be incredibly fun once you learn to handle a few of it's features. Oh hot dang, here's a little peek at what photoshop can do:

Lol

Oh dear Lawdy, I broke my glasses again today. That's the third time just in this school year. I had to go get another pair of glasses as I am quite blind with out them. This is costing my way to much money. I'm going to have to do some research on lasik eye surgery. Oh, here's an interesting infograph that I found today sitting in a useless class.

I was writing a 7 page essay about the economic benefits and harms of Quantitative Easing in school today when I found this on my laptop. I don't even remember saving this... but it's really interesting. I can't believe I didn't use this before...

Lemons.

Hi. Nice to meet you. My name is Tyler Lemons... Actually that's my pseudonym. I'm all for internet anonymity, you see.

I've heard many good things about blogging and I thought I'd give it a shot. I think my blog spot will serve me as a place to share my happiness or even vent my anger. It will probably serve as a sort of "diary" for me.

You probably want to click away to some other website right? Well, stick around and maybe I'll show you around to the life of a complete idiot. Some people think I'm smart, charming, polite, or cultured. But the end results show that I am indeed an outrageous idiot. Perhaps that's what makes my life so interesting... My stupid mistakes.

As days go by and I become bored, I'll share a few of these "lemons" that were thrown at me and how I reacted to them. Thanks.
